神恩裡跨越．職場顯卓越
職場信徒新範式──順服、蒙恩、卓越
拓思路國際文化教育協會是由一群委身社會的牧者及信徒領袖所創立，我們有感教牧人員及職場基督徒及領袖在信仰上面對的種種挑戰，願服侍他們並為他們提供一些適切而有效的系統訓練、提供符合聖經真理的服侍。
"Crossroad" was started up by a group of dedicated pastors and Christian leaders who saw the need of providing services, relevant and effective trainings, mentoring and coaching to Christians in particular to leaders and ministers who face different challenges in their workplace/marketplace.
Being passionate Christians, we are called to respond creatively to the missionary challenge of the contemporary world. We aim to:
- to help students/participants discover a fuller sense of God's purpose and hope in their working lives, integrating their faith, their work and their worship
- highlight the necessity and value of wealth creation within God's creative and redemptive purposes where we take the role as stewardship
- encourage individuals to apply Christian values in their work, and help them to resolve the moral dilemmas they often face
- persuade the leaders of industry, commerce, finance and public services to operate within the framework of Christian principles and values.
- assist church leaders in understanding key issues in the changing economic environment, so that where challenge is called for it is based on an informed and up-to-date appraisal
- urge the churches to support people in their daily work and to declare the value of all honest work in generating wealth for the common good

英國倫敦劍橋大學Ridley Hall College倫理及領導學講師、Faith in Business Centre主任、Faith in Business季刊編輯。致力將基督教信仰與商業世界連繫，使基督教信仰、價值觀及領導學結合。舉辦了超過50個會議及研討會，以基督徒的角度探討現實的商業議題。著作包括：Questions of Business Life: Exploring Workplace Issues from a Christian Perspective; Mind the Gap: Connecting Faith with Work; Dilemmas: A Christian Approach to Moral Decision-Making; Adding Value in God’s World, Transforming Leadership: A Christian Approach to Management等等。 |

柏祺博士(Dr. Ray Bakke)為柏祺大學研究院(美國)創辦人及校監，《城市人，城市心》作 者，擁有豐富的城市宣教經驗，被公認為城市宣教工作先驅。在他的領導下，美國柏祺 大學自二000年在西雅圖創校以來，短短數年間發展迅速，在美國基督教界備受矚目和 推崇，其中教牧學博士課程Doctor of Ministry亦很快深受北美神學生的歡迎。 |

1. 不一樣的信徒 — 如何在職場中實踐信仰？
長久以來，信仰與職場的關係並不和諧。在商業機構工作，往往被視為「拜金主義者」。可是，神呼召人事奉祂和職場朋友這意念卻在全球復興起來，將信仰實踐在工作的機構如雨後春筍。基督徒正在使用他們的創意和企業才幹，為世界特別是在發展中國家的貧苦大眾注入新的希望。這個講座將會探討職場事奉的歷史和神學理論，並展示基督徒在職場中可帶來的改變。
Over the centuries Christian faith has had an uneasy relationship with the marketplace. Working in business has often seemed to involve making an idol of money. But the idea that God calls many people to serve him and their fellow-humans in the business world is experiencing a revival worldwide. "Faith at work" organisations are flourishing, and Christians are using their creative and entrepreneurial talents to bring fresh hope in the world, especially to poor people in developing nations. This talk will examine the history and theology of marketplace ministry and show the difference that being a Christian can make at work.
2. 不一樣的信徒 — 如何在職場中實踐基督徒的完整及誠信？
信仰與職場的關係是很難處理的，因為在商業社會中，「走捷徑」、不擇手段的行為比比皆是。真正的基督徒倫理標準是建基於聖經和傳統的德行 ─ 愛、信心、盼望、公義、謹慎、勇敢和節制。此外，誠信非常重要，因為這個素質維繫和協調各種德行，並且產生一致的品格。這個講座將會探討職場中的困境，細想基督徒在人群中展現更大誠信的方法，並展示基督徒在職場中可帶來的改變。
The relationship between Christian faith and the marketplace can also be difficult because of the methods used in business, those of taking moral "short cuts" and making the ends justify the means. A genuinely Christian ethic is one based on the biblical and classical virtues of love, faith, hope, justice, prudence, courage and moderation. In addition, integrity is very important as the quality which holds all these virtues together and produces consistency of character. This talk will examine some of the difficult dilemmas in business, consider how we can develop into people of greater integrity and show the difference that being a Christian can make at work.
